The Code of Origin is an inscription that provides assurance that your diamond:

Was discovered in Botswana, Canada, Namibia or South Africa, where it has helped provide jobs, healthcare and education, with a particular focus on programmes supporting women and girls.
Is conflict-free and meets our industry-leading ethical standards.
Has helped protect the planet through wildlife conservation and our commitment to be carbon neutral by 2030.

If you purchased your De Beers Code of Origin diamond in store and have lost your card, please get in touch with the retailer who will arrange a replacement for you.
You can find your personal code printed on your De Beers Code of Origin card. This code prefixed “DB” is the inscription on your diamond.
